Nature of the works: Creation of two offshore submerged Breakwater made up of geosynthetic sand containers located to the right of the Plage du Rayol.

Duration : 5 months

Operations and main quantities :

Preparation of the bottom for the breakwater: 390 ml
Supply and implementation of geotextile tube: 768 ml
Supply and implementation of a geotextile for anti-scour mat: 18 320 m²
Dredging and recharging of the beach: 6 130 m3

Main constraints:

Presence of posidonia meadows around the area
Near to the natural reserve
Site exposed to swell and far from fallback areas
